Terms & Conditions – TC Lottery

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TC Lottery mobile application (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use TC Lottery. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to use such services.

2. Use of the Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TC Lottery for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app

• Use any cheats, automation tools, or exploits

• Upload or distribute harmful content or malware

• Violate any local, national, or international laws

3. Virtual Rewards and In-App Features

TC Lottery may offer virtual rewards, points, or entries through in-app gameplay. These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for actual money

• Are non-transferable and non-refundable
  We may modify or remove virtual items at any time without prior notice.

4. In-App Purchases

Certain features or entries may be available through in-app purchases. All transactions are handled by the Google Play billing system. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

5. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for any content you submit or share within the app. You must not post content that is offensive, illegal, misleading, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Third-Party Services

TC Lottery may contain links to or include services provided by third parties (such as ads, analytics, or support tools). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful behavior, or posed a security risk to the app or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TC Lottery and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. The app is provided “as is” and without warranties.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
